Pure Green - Juice Bar Wilkes Barre

I placed an order through the app on June 12. My order never arrived, and when I checked the tracking information, it showed that the order had been canceled. Despite that, my credit card was still charged $53.79. I contacted the store, and the owner told me it was not his responsibility because the employee had already handed the order to the delivery driver. He refused to issue a refund and told me to take it up with corporate instead. This was a very frustrating experience. I paid for food I never received, and the store was unwilling to help resolve the issue. I will never order from here again.

This place was so good! I came here with my family and we all got smoothies. The woman who served us was so sweet and accommodating. My son chose his smoothie and ultimately didn’t like it after it was made but the woman blended up some fruit on the side for him to add to his smoothie at no cost—Which he ended up really liking. Would definitely recommend. <3
